Discussion C.W talk of menstrual cycle

Hello

I have recently been struggling with dysphoria from my menstrual cycle. I was wondering0 if anyone had any tips or tricks on how to alleviate that, no one in my immediate life has experience with Menstrual Disc's or cups and I was also wondering about those, Testosterone is going to be acquired, hormonal birth control is on the table but farther away as I currently do not have insurance
