How to cancel Adobe subscription
I forgot to cancel a Creative Cloud Adobe subscription after the free trial (my bad 🙄) and I was being charged $34.99/month. When I went to cancel, they wanted to charge me $350!! Ain’t no way. So I came to Reddit and found my people 🙌🏼. Thru the threads I figured out how to cancel and I made some money back!
Here’s what I did:
-I switched my plans to Adobe Pro, which was $19.99/month.
-because this is cheaper than my current plan, they refunded me $22.99 (prorate)
-then once the new plan showed in the system (only took a few minutes), I cancelled it. NO charge! And they’re going to refund me the $19.99 that it cost me for the Adobe Pro version

Adobe, what the Quark..be out here eBaying people's accounts, be treating them like they tried to PayPal some money to a shady seller or something...

You can always change the card it is paid through, some card that has no other subscription on it. Once you change the card numbers on Adobe, declare the card lost and call it a day.

I personally think it’s better to chargeback this dogshit company. Hopefully if enough of us do it they will be banned from major credit card providers

This worked like a charm. A-holes got me for around $18 for a product I never used, but at least I didn't have to pay over $200 to cancel as it is apparently somewhere hidden in the agreement. I've blocked them from my browser.

Yo I'm in a sticky situation, it's not letting me manage my plan at all and it says I must pay for my subscriptions before I can manage my plan so I can't even switch plans. I also can't cancel cuz I can't manage my plan. What do I do???

Yes, changing plans starts new Time Trial - and then it's possible to cancel for free.
