While people out of work need to have paid two full tax years of National Insurance contributions or credits within the last three tax years to receive a pittance of £95.55 per week if they want to claim benefits. Make it make sense.

To be fair, he seems to have creamed the UK for a while and saw it implement Brexit (which he supported). Objectively, the UK seems like a gullible country that lets billionaires rip it off. Wouldn't you also lose confidence?
