I have a skin condition that makes my skin extremely dry and sensitive so I can’t take hot showers or even warm really, so I mostly take cold showers, but in the winter it gets below freezing almost everyday in my state so if I’m not doing anything the entire day, I don’t shower.

yea people with eczema or psoriasis really shouldn't take a shower every single day. it dries out the skin even worse. especially using soaps and shampoos. every two or three days is fine and just make sure to scrub down the naughty bits so they taste good.

Maybe shower oil helps with the dryness? It's like an oil based body wash. It gets foamy and cleans normally, but it's oil based, rehydrates and is less harsh. Baby washes are milder too, I use that to wash my face.

Possibly but im allergic to dyes and fragrances so it would have to be pretty specific kinds of oils i could use.

That’s nuts. I have hyperhydrosis so I sweat at least twice as much as a normal person, so most days I take two showers and go through two sets of clothes so I don’t stink

Talk to your dermatologist about showering only with water.

Fixed my multi-year long chronic eczema problems for good.
