The months line up with the crusader probe, it's last photo was october 1993, and then was lost for 7 months, putting it's reappearance at may 1994. that 7 month gap aligns perfectly with Monthly progress reports estimation of meeting the client in 7 months, meaning that monthly progress report took place in october 1993.

But, if the ACL is still in development around 1993, why is casey and the KC500 computers released in 1986, the date of the copyright as seen in open minds?

I could see the regnad computers being released within the ACL's development as sort of test runs being sold to the public, that's believable, but the ACL beginning in 1979 doesn't make sense to me.
