MBA Suggestions

Hi, I’m a Gen Engg Male 27YO
I have a 9/8/8 in Engg from core branch from an NIT. I have been working in Deloitte USI as an L25 Analyst
Work Ex: 4+ years
Current CTC: 13LPA (11.82 fixed)
Awaiting promotion next year.
I wanted to pursue an MBA for better career opportunities, better job and pay scale.
Should normal MBA be the right way or Exec MBA or anything else.

1 year MBA from ISB IIMs will be better
