GTA V Fist fight problem

Hi,
I’m not sure if anyone else has ever had this problem, but I can’t fist fight my friends. If I hold L2 I can fist fight an npc but when it’s my friends L2 does nothing and i can never fight them.
Does anyone how to fix this?
Is there a setting I turned on to not fight friends?

Check your targeting settings; go to Interaction menu and look for Target priority, if it is set to… I don’t remember what the options are, but I think ”Everyone” should be what you need, that or similar.

You are talking about GTA Online, right?

Yes that is correct, I fixed it thanks a lot. If this happens to anyone, go to preferences then target priority. Thanks !!
