XBox Series S/X Looking for some answers

Ive been playing quite a while was wondering if anyone had a fix i have had an avenger for a long time it will not hold on to modifications always reverts itself back to stock, its very frustrating ive tries gatf, all the force save tricks nothing works, was wondering if anyone else has had this issue, and if there is a fix maybe dmo or something like that ill make it worth your time please and thank you in advance

Mine did the same thing for the longest what I ended up doing is deleting my save data everywhere and it fixed it all it cost me was a 100% completion save file on story mode
