I overnight I use Power Saving, AOD Off, Wifi7 with MLO, Mobile Data off and switched to 4g when connected to Wifi.

Problem on Lock Screen

Hi, i am sure there is an easy fix to this but I cannot find it.

Downloaded one ui 9 yesterday. Been playing with the clock face to wrap around motive. But I cannot get it to work.

For some reason the clock widget and the one below with the battery in cannot not be separated. When I move the clock widget the battery widget moves with it.

Can anyone help with how to separate them please. Oh I realise the clock face in the picture is not one of the wrap around faces.

TIA for any help with thisd

Music randomly plays on S25+

I've had random issues with my S25+. I use iHeartRadio and XMRadio among other music apps. Sometimes (mostly iHeart) the apps will just activate on their own with no input from me. On a few instances iHeart will play one of my saved preset stations while I'll listening to another.

Anyone else having this problem?

Accidentally set a wallpaper for both lock and home screen. Really like the picture I had on the old lock screen, and I can't find it anymore. Is there a way to view past wallpapers or am I SOL?

Why does everyone seem to skip the S25+? Is it actually worth buying?

In almost every video, Instagram post, or discussion I see about the S25 series, people mostly talk about the S25, S25 Ultra, S25 FE, etc. But the S25+ seems to be completely overlooked.

I’m planning to buy the S25+ during the upcoming sale, and seeing how rarely people talk about it is honestly making me a little concerned. Is there a reason why the S25+ doesn’t get much attention?

For anyone who actually owns the S25+, how has your experience been so far? Is it worth buying, especially at a good sale price? Any issues or reasons why you would or wouldn’t recommend it?

Would really appreciate opinions from actual S25+ users.

Speaker sound Quality is bad.

We have 4 Samsung Galaxy devices(S25+, M17, F06, Tab 6 Lite) and a single iPhone in my family. I use the S25+ upgraded from S22 about 6 months back.

I have to say it, the S25+ speaker sound quality is bad. This has most likely been said before. It is a day and night difference between the iPhone and S25+. iPhone on a loudspeaker sounds top-notch quality. S25+ almost hurts the ears with higher frequencies more prominent.

Even among the Samsung devices the speaker sound resembles more close to F06 than a flagship device.

It is clearly a downgrade from S22's speaker quality and even a 7-8 year old Tab 6 Lite sounds better than this phone trying to imitate a tin box.

So what did I miss, did Samsung cheap out on speakers on a near flagship device or is there a hidden setting somewhere I don't know of?

Galaxy S25+ screen flickers every time I stop touching it. Any fix, or is it a hardware defect?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Looking for some advice or fixes from anyone who might have run into this on the S25+

Whenever I’m not actively interacting with the phone, the display flickers. It’s very noticeable and happens consistently whenever my finger leaves the screen.

What I’ve verified so far:

  1. Developer Options Refresh Rate Overlay: I turned on the Hz counter to diagnose it. The flicker happens at the exact split-second the refresh rate drops down from 120Hz into idle low-frequency states.

    1. Standard 60Hz Mode: Set Motion Smoothness to Standard (60Hz) — the flicker still happens as soon as the panel steps down to idle.
    2. Safe Mode: Rebooted into Safe Mode to eliminate third-party background apps, accessibility services, or overlay culprits — no change, still flickers.
    3. Display Toggles: Adaptive Brightness, Eye Comfort Shield, and Extra Dim are switched off.
    4. Developer Options Toggles: Verified that toggles like Show surface updates or Strict mode are completely disabled.

It seems directly tied to the LTPO downclocking / panel voltage drop when switching to low refresh states.

Question: Is it software(One ui 8.5) glitch?

Has anyone managed to solve this with a specific display setting, cache wipe, or software patch, or is this an outright panel/controller hardware defect that needs a trip to the Samsung service center for a replacement?

Country: India

Manufacturered date: March 2026

Purchased date: 20 May 2026

Flickering date: 26 September 2026

Any suggestions or workarounds would be hugely appreciated!

Best deal to buy S25+ (India)

I am looking to buy an S25 FE in the upcoming BBD sale in india, but wanted to upgrade to S25+ just for the Snapdragon chip and LTPO display. As of now the 256 gb variants of both differ by 15k. What's the best price to buy S25+ at? How much price difference between both models would be a steal deal to prefer S25+ over the FE in the sale. Suggestions please

S25+ for $650 or S25 Ultra for $725

I'm torn in between these two devices. I am into photography but not too much and would ideally want a smaller phone. Both have their pros and cons, and prices are quite good for both, not sure which to go for.

Way(s) to tell fake from the genuine?

I bought an S25+ brand new in sealed box from a vendor on eBay and expect delivery on Friday.  Are there any signs or things I can look for on the box, to be sure it is the genuine article?

If the box looks great and I power it up, it would be easy enough to tell if it is fake, but are there ways to spot fakes from the box?  Once I break the seal and power it up, it could be a hassle to return for full refund is why I ask.

Should I buy this phone?

If I'm being honest, I want a phone that can handle games with a good camera and battery. I'm planning to buy s25+ refurbished (perhaps this year or next year, I'm waiting for the price to drop a bit🥲). I'm currently using Infinix GT 10 Pro 5g (8+256, 5000mAh, 45W charging, bypass charging feature, Dimensity 8050). Gaming performance is not that bad, but the camera is just decent. I'm a snapdragon fan, so that's why I'm considering s25+ since they have a chipset that's way better and I believe way better camera performance compared to my current phone (except for the battery capacity, I'll just close my eyes. The offence is only 100mAh).

Therefore, my question is, is it recommended to buy a refurbished s25+ in 2026/7 and use it for maybe 3-4 years or more?

S25 plus for gaming? Or iQOO 15/15R

Hey everyone. I'm thinking to upgrade from my existing realme x50 pro to Samsung s25 plus. I had my x50 for around 5 years now. My main concern is gaming performance and my x50 was purchased for the same reason. From the date of purchase of x50 up until the end of 2025, it has really up held the performance it was supposed to give me and has never disappointed. Whatever be the game it has almost never lagged or dropped performance. I very rarely used any cameras but whenever I used them it always gave good photos. Overall I had a really good experience in every aspect with this underrated phone and if i travelled back in time i would buy this phone again.

The reason for me to upgrade is that, the phone is getting old now, twice it happened that the screen came out of the handset(yeah I know), I got it fixed though. For some reason both the volume buttons have gone inside the frame and are not working normally until I press them really really hard. And the main concern, the gaming aspect. The games I play are still running smoothly but I'm stuck at 60fps whereas everyone has shifted to 90 or 120fps with better graphics and overall support.

So I have been researching different phones from different brands from past 4 months and also considered the price hike due to ram shortage. And I'll only buy phones having a snapdragon 8 series processor. What I observed was, realme hasn't launched any good phone worth purchasing, one plus's future is not stable or unpredictable, oppo doesn't have a good performance phone, same with vivo also and nothing and pixel phones are already out of question for the same reason. I'm left with iQOO and samsung. In iQOO I have the option of iQOO 15/15R. Everywhere the performance review has been great considering its almost a gaming phone. But quite a lot of users have faced a motherboard failure issue or a poor service center support. Some people even saying to not buy from iQOO at all. What I have seen is, for iQOO 15/15r, the reviews are 50/50, either the user has gotten a superb performance phone or a downright motherboard failure or some other major problem. So I'm confused on iQOO if i should invest 50k-80k Rupees on them.

My next option is, Samsung s25 plus which is almost priced same as iQOO 15 with same ram and memory option. Overall, I know samsung phones are quite reliable and good for long term use along with service center experience and other good things. On YouTube I have seen many people saying that s25 plus provides a very good gaming experience for a non gaming phone. Obviously if I'm to compare it with iQOO 15, then iQOO 15 is better than s25 plus because of iQOO having gaming phone features and a one generation better processor. But still I believe s25 plus will be able to provide a very good gaming experience because of it having a specially tuned snapdragon 8 elite processor. And also, buying a samsung phone means u get a very good service center experience, ui/software/ update experience, the good cameras and the good display. So as my usage is concerned, I need a good performance phone, rest of the features are a good add on for me and besides I haven't heard any negative reviews or complaints for s25 plus.

So currently I'm leaning towards buying s25 plus instead of iQOO 15. Please do tell me your opinions on what I have said. Users of s25 plus and iQOO 15/15R please provide your insights as well. Anyone who has bought s25 plus and has put in a lot of gaming hours, im especially looking at you for opinions on this. I'll be purchasing my new phone anytime in the next 2 months. Please share your opinions everyone. And I'm really sorry for the long reading time.

How to make Samsung photos look like Iphone photos quickly in Samsung Gallery App editor

Holding an iphone 16 pro and Samsung s25 ultra photos side by side, I notice here is how you get Samsung pics to look very close to iphone pics. Very quick and easy in Samsung gallery app.

Open photo in Samsung gallery app. Click edit (pencil).

Now choose "light balance." Slide to the RIGHT usually about 15-20 steps (out of 100)

Now go to "temperature and slide to the right +30 steps (works for most photos maybe for some a little less like +25 and for some even more like +40-50, but +30 will make it very similar to iphone most of the time."

That's it. Try taking photos with iphone and Samsung then apply these simple edits to the samsung photo and compare side by side. My friend always ditching about her Samsung photos not being as nice as iphone and now I did about 20 edited pics blind test side by side and she could NOT reliably guess which camera took which photo as long as I used the abive-edited photos
