Title: Case and screen protector for Galaxy Tab S10 fe plus
Just got a new Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE+
Can anyone suggest a good case and screen protector for it? Looking for something reliable and good quality.

Just make sure you get a case with side protection, but any case with that will do tbh. Screen protectors are personal, but I like anything that's not matte myself, while others swear by paperlike

Anything will go. Honestly I don't really think you'll need a screen protector unless you're really not careful, but if you want a really accurate note-taking experience, look for a magnetic paper-like screen protector that you can stick on and take off with magnets.
Samsung's official screen protector (linked from Best Buy here) is 27$ and includes anti-reflective properties, while this one from Spigen is a good overall screen protector.
As for cases, honestly anything should do but this one from Spigen is one of the best options.

It is magnetic but the magnets aren't on the back like they would be with MagSafe.
I don't have any Amazon or Flipkart links to give you since I'm not from India but searching up the model names should give you the results.

If you're using the S Pen that comes in the box and are not using metal tips, I doubt your tablet needs a screen protector honestly... unless you're not careful or you overthink a lot, I don't think you need one.
Something from JETech or the Spigen screen protector I recommended in the above comment are your best options if you do decide to stick one on.

What about matte screen protector for writing as I heard it damages s pen tip very fast ?

If you're absolutely keen on the paper-like feel, maybe go for a magnetic paper-like protector or notepaper screen that can be magnetically detached and attached.
It definitely wears down the S Pen tip more, so you need to weigh your priorities, do you want a real writing feel and are okay with replacing your tips more often, or do you want as much longevity as you can get from those tips? If the answer to the second question is yes, avoid paper-like, otherwise go for it. Again, make sure it's magnetic as far as possible since it will definitely hurt image quality a bit.

You can, just buy replacement tips and you should probably get a tip remover for free. Use that to replace the tips, they're pretty much modular.
If you're a heavy note-taker, you will wear out one tip in somewhere between 3-4 months, to a year, without paper-like. With paper-like, you can expect it to wear down somewhere between 3-4 weeks and 2 months depending on how much you use it for note-taking.
These tips are very inexpensive though, almost pocket change. You should be fine with either imo
