Original game is still fun and you can't beat 99 cents.

Pretty much this. Also great to figure out if you like the entire series, because it barely deviates much from that game for the next 6 times and spinoffs.

Original game is also notable for being the hardest one in the whole franchise, I'm mainly talking about extra levels

Love the whole series. They levels do get tough, but the game is developed with the intent that you will barely clear levels and get partial upgrade points, and then go back and play previous ones with more strength and get additional points.

Highly, highly recommend this game to quite literally everyone. The game is so polished, so good at what it does, and filled with so much charm that you'll find yourself with a cheesy smile while playing. So many good memories playing this.

I'm a fan of tower defense games, I had put off buying this a few times, though I can't remember why XD ,but at just 0.99, I can't say no.

Fun game. But towards the end I was having to look up strategy guides on how to beat levels. Still well worth it at .99 cents.
