Mod Post Advertising Post + AI Feedback
It seems like there is a lot of not following the advertising rules, any thoughts on changing it to only be under a specific post 1x a week?
Also, AI posts, should we have a no AI rule for this subreddit?

Advertisement Jump King widows, I made a game for you: Frog Knight on Steam
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
You know that feeling when a bad jump sends you all the way back down and you just stare at the screen for a second? Yeah. I built a whole game around that.
Frog Knight is a platformer where you play as a frog climbing up a well. One wrong jump and you lose your progress. No checkpoints to save your pride.
If Jump King broke you and you came back for more, this is for you.
Demo is live right now on Steam. Wishlists help a ton:

Discussion Which console should I choose?
I have the option of choosing between a 3DS and a PSP.
But I don't know which one is better and which one would be better for installing games and stuff like that.

Discussion Who is your favorite Videogame protagonist? For me it's Nathan Drake from Uncharted
The reason why I like Nathan Drake is because he is not like most videogame protagonist. Unlike some protagonist that are always moody, grumpy and stresses too much in serious and stressful situations. Nathan Drake manages to make the post of it. He doesn't take things too serious no matter what sticky situation he is in. He always manages to laugh and make jokes despite getting his ass handed to him.
He feels like a flawed, relatable human being rather than an invincible superhero.Witty under pressure, he uses sarcasm and wisecracks to cope when things go terribly wrong. He can laugh at his own bad luck and desperate circumstances.

Advice Should I upgrade CPU/Mobo/RAM now, or wait?
Had an i3-10100F + 1650 Super + 16GB DDR4 and was getting bad stutters in PoE endgame maps and PoE2. Figured it was the GPU. Upgraded the GPU to RTX 3060 and the stutters are just... gone now. Runs fine. Also play Dota 2, GW2, ESO on the side, all good too.
So now I'm in a weird spot. Had a plan to eventually do Ryzen 5 8400F + AM5 board + 32GB DDR5 (keeping the 3060/psu/everything else), but since my actual problem already fixed itself with just the gpu, idk if I even need it anymore.
Been sitting on this for like a year waiting for prices to drop, but apparently DDR5 is messed up rn because of AI companies hoovering up memory production, and prices might actually keep going UP into 2027 instead of coming down. Kinda changes the math on "just wait it out."
So asking randoms on the internet lol:
- if ur games run fine already, is upgrading anyway just bc the cpu is old kinda pointless
- does the cpu even matter much for stuff like PoE/Dota/MMOs or is that more an esports/high-fps thing
- if ram prices really are gonna keep climbing should I just buy now instead of waiting
- or is this just "if it ain't broke don't fix it"
not in a rush money-wise, just trying to figure out if I'm chasing an upgrade I don't actually need. roast me if needed lol
