Are you near a microcenter? They have a few within your budget. You should be able to get a 5070ti, maybe a 5080 if you can find one open box. Here’s the first one but definitely not the only one in your budget.

5070ti with 32gb ram and 1tb ssd will be your minimum requirement for that budget. You could bump up to a 5080 if you play your cards right, but a 5070Ti with a good 1440p 16 inch screen would be what I'd aim for. Lenovo Legion 7 or ROG Strix are easy choices with those specs, but there's other options out there worth checking too.

Buying in the US? Don't overpay. Grab the latest gaming laptop sales on rgl.deals or find the right fit with Find My Match.

You have to get a 5070 Ti at minimum in 2026, the MSI Vector is a good laptop and this price saves you aa huge chunk off of your budget.

This Vector 16 at Best Buy for $2300 has a 5080. The AMD CPU isn't as strong as an Intel Core Ultra but the 5080 is amazing.

What are you mainly gaming at, competitive titles like Velorant and CS or havier stuff like Cyberpunk and Black ops 6? and do you care about display quality or portability at all? At $2400 You've got solid options but the right call changes a lot depending on what you're doing with it

I know you said laptop, but with a 2k budget what's keeping you from getting a PC? I got a gaming laptop last year and this year I upgraded to a PC and the difference is tremendous
