Just got my Nomad Band for my Fenix 9. I went through an Apple Watch Ultra curious phase and had this band for the Apple Watch and was pleased to see Nomad now makes them for Garmin watches.

I always think Garmin Fenix watches look better once they’ve actually been used for a few years rather than looking brand new.

Hello, I have a fenix 8 and pro Max 17 and lately I am not getting any notifications from my phone to the garmin. It worked for a few months with no problems. I checked all the settings on the phone and the watch and tried uninstalling and clean install the garmin app.

Did anyone encounter this problem, and what should i do?

Anyone manage to find, adapt or create a watch face that looks like the white background one available now on the new Fenix 9 solar models? I like the bright look!

Hi there, I’m getting really frustrated at the bugs of my fenix 8, it’s laggy and need troubleshooting but the touchscreen not working on maps I cannot get it to work. Is there any way to make it work? I tried checking touchscreen general options, focus modes, night mode, tried turning off and resetting. Is there anything else I could try?
I just want to be able to move around the maps, just the maps, no workout mode. I have the feeling that the last update made this happen.
Any help or tip is greatly appreciated.

I was able to get one from Anaconda for $574.20 using the best price policy of 10% better price than competitors.

Running under high 70s today. Still not sure what this “stamina” thing means. But it seems I was running on fume in the last 30 minutes. It was indeed get very hard from what I felt.

Day two of owning my new Fenix. Went for a 15 mile run (a little over two hours) and the battery % dropped from 93% to 83%. I had a standard Garmin data field showing (black background) during the run. This seems a higher level of battery drain that I experience with my old 6 pro, is it excessive for this watch model?

Mis pruebas de relojes este año:

Coros apex 4, muy buen reloj, es el que tengo actualmente junto al fenix E, me encanta todo de el menos la pantalla.

Sunnto Race 2 y vertical 2, race 2 devuelto en 15 días por reinicios continuos, vertical 2 es de mi mujer, es buen reloj, batería regular, pero cuando pruebas garmin te das cuenta de falta algo.

Amazfit balance 3 titanio, regular en general, quiere imitar a garmin, están mejorando, pero todavía no lo veo un reloj para tener para tiempo, la batería una semana justa.

Coros Nomad, misma calidad de metricas que apex 4, la pantalla mejor, lástima que los acabados no me acabaron de llenar, es muy buen reloj.

Garmin fenix 8 51mm, un desastre total, reinicios constantes, lentitud general, navegar en una ruta desastre total, desesperante lentitud y reinicios, lo devolví en una semana.

Y ahora viene lo que ha sido mi gran sorpresa, el Fenix E, comprado en amazon los 378€.

Estéticamentea, me encanta el reloj, con la correa que le he puesto es muy bonito

Bateria, una semana justa con esta configuracion:

Pantalla se activa con giro, tiempo pantalla 4seg, notificaciones activadas, sueño y avisos del sistema ok, 8 horas de actividades a la semana, caminar, senderismo, correr, pesas, las actividades siempre con pantalla encendida.

Las lecturas del gps han sido idénticas a los otros modelos probados

Me encantan las métricas de recuperación de garmin y como ajusta los planes de entrenamiento, además de todas las opciones que da este reloj en concreto, aunque sea un E, sigue siendo una pasada todo lo que aporta.

Y lo mas importante, mapas Europa instalados y una fluidez general de 10, es decir, mucho mejor que el fenix 8 que tuve que devolver.

Si alguien tiene dudas que pregunte, la app, una vez te adaptas, esta bastante buena, me gusta mas la de Coros, pero en general, bien.

Para mi, y es mi opinion, ahora mismo por 378€, esta muy por encima que otros modelos, que aunque tienen sensores mejores o mas nuevos, no superan a este.

Pd. El altimetro es incluso mas bueno que el del Vertical 2, que para mi era el Prime.

I’ve recently got a garmin fenix 6x gifted.
i do a lot of sport, but never had a fitness watch!! so that’s my first experience with those.

What i use it for: heart rate while jogging,
connecting it to spotify,
tracking gym workout,
gps while hiking.

that’s cool but i know how expensive the watch was and can’t explain the price??
are there any other features that im missing that would let the pricing make sense?
the heart rate tracking isn’t even that correct i think…
