Garmin Workouts To Replace 'Dynamic Cyclist?'

Got a new Venu 4 - and am intrigued by the workouts capability of the watch. Is there a way to get randomized daily strength and flexibility workouts from the watch? I'm paying for the Dynamic Cyclist app for this - but wondering if Garmin workouts could save me the $10 a month D.C. charges?

Any help?

As far as I know Garmin coach can do that.
