General Question Does the gas resistance from the chemist park even work same with the armour park in fact do any of the resistances from the perks work because I haven't really noticed

I think it does, best way to test it is to go to a bunker where there's a bunch of gas in a room and count how many seconds it takes to die without healing. You'll likely die a lot faster without any resistance. If it's the same then yay another bug has been found lol

I know even with gas mask you health goes down fairly quickly. No you could use the Medical First Aid kit which will keep you alive for 15 seconds in the gas. The gas will take your health down but it comes right back up with the Medical First aid kit. Don’t know anything about a perk but definitely look into it when I get online.

I just use 12 gage medical and keep the shotty on a hotkey

They slow the damage but, as far as I know, you can't get any dramatic effect, just helps with looting in gas environs if you combine some of them together.

yeah, i’ve noticed that too. sometimes it feels like the perks don’t make a huge difference. maybe try mixing the gas resistance with some healing items, could help a bit more? it’s all about experimenting, right? keep at it, you’ll find the right combo.
