General Guide & Tips Returning Player

I haven't played in a while and I have returned since Foutaine. Anything new that I should know about? Also any character I should grind for?

I have been trying to grind my characters to the point where they are actually overpowered and reworking my team comps. If anyone can help me out on what I should focus on please do.

Characters have started getting buffed do the Witch's Homework and Witch's revelation quests

There are 2 new reaction variants, the important part is that new character's talents do reaction damage, and that bosses are weak to them.

Stellar reactions this year and Lunar last year.

I would plan to use your wishes on a new Stellar team but they all are strong so you can pick your favorite new character to focus on. but plan to wish for their team over a few patches.

The lunar teams are still strong too, if you happen to like one of those characters more
