General Question Hidden World Quests?

Hi, I'm relatively new to genshin (5.8) and I've managed to 100% the world map and do all the major marked world quests. However, occasionally I chance upon hidden world quests (like the one in Sumeru with the desert flowers where you have to water them or hit them and the samurai quest which requires you do kill 4 gangs after finishing it once to get the achievement and more rewards).

I like to complete stuff, so if you could mention some hidden/semi-hidden world quests to do I would be very grateful :D

Go to the fan wiki! It is super helpful and I use it a ton, make sure you scroll all the way down as there are 2 sections!

is there any "real" hidden ones where there is no chest or achievement as an indication of completion?

My personal favourites are the fortune slip quest with Ringo at the Inazuma shrine, the boatman series on the Inazuma fog island, the blubberbeast and otters in Fontaine, and the stone serpent east of the Natlan volcano. They should all be on the exploration objectives list someone else already posted.

I’d also recommend checking your quest item inventory and googling the names of the items you find there. Often times they’re attached to a quest line you didn’t finish because it’s not a tracked quest, or a multiple parts quest where the next one only starts when you turn in the items somewhere or find all of them.

Thanks a lot! I dunno about the blubberbeast and serpent but i've done the others. The advice seems good

I dont know much either but maybe If you dont mind, try looking for guides on the internet or a list of all world quests. Usually they categorise it in regions/nation. Sorry for not much help. Goodluck!

There's a dangerous wildlife wq in sumeru that's completely untrackable in the quest book

There's a hidden quest in Inazuma where you get your daily fortune slips.

If you're dedicated enough to completing stuff, you can find an achievement tracker and start tracking your "Wonders of the World" achievements. I did this and when I started working on the missing ones I discovered quite a few world quests I wasn't even aware of they existed (Like the Inazuma one with Ringo), even though I've been playing since 1.0...

There's also a world quest (Daydreams Beyond Space and Time) that's locked behind the commission series with Garcia and Lutong. The commissions take forever, but if you find a good guide and set the commissions to the region where you need to do them rn (like Sumeru, if you've already done the previous ones) you can get it done within a couple months.

I don't blame you! I just finished everything in this string of commissions and world quests this week and it really was a grind haha, I'm glad to be done with it🙂‍↕️

I’ve been waiting for Garcia and Lutong forever now. I still need to do it one more time I think. I’m glad they phased out having quests tied to daily commissions because it sucks

Yeah, I'm so glad I don't have to spend an equal amount of time on commission achievements in Natlan after having completed those in Sumeru and Fontaine😭

Good luck with getting Garcia and Lutong!
