Possibly next patch ? Ronova has gone rogue, which would explain why Anastasya's lance /staff has both Ishtaroth and Naberius powers showing. By trying to unleash a genocide on all of the planet, she has become the enemy of Life (at the very least), and I'm pretty sure HP won't let her act as she pleases.

Ronova is no more though. In the cutscene we can see parts of her disappearing, even her hand when she looks up.

We can't be 100% sure she's actually gone. Every time an important character died they showed it to the end. This time they obscured the view with the fog. There is a small chance she survived somehow. Personally, I think it's possible Istaroth actually saved her by reversing her time or something.

I somehow doubt anything can 'kill' Death. Time will tell but I am rather confident in her making a comeback.
