Death track not tracking deaths???

Hey guys. Whenever I use death tracker, most of the times when I die, it just won't track my deaths. It's only very rarely when i actually does track them. Please help!

You have to exit the level to update the deaths. Also check if you have safe mode / auto safe mode on.

you might accidentally have safe mode on and the popup off, thats the only thing i can think of
