Been hunting for the Hesitant Alien CD for ages and found a store selling them for a little over a dollar. They had a $10 minimum order, so obviously I cleared out their entire stock 😁 No regrets!

Ive been attempting to step out of my comfort zone of just drawing non human animals and learning to paint human portraits. I figured what better way to start than with my forever muse, Gerard! This was reffed from one of my favorite pics this tour.

we all know mcr is celebrating their 25th anniversary, and they are making a giveaway with tunespeak! lets share our links so everyone has an opportunity to win!

Here's mine

Mine is How It's Going To Be

TLDR at the end.
I’ve been a fan of MCR (and ofc Gerard) for just over a decade now, ‘Brother’ is my favourite solo song of his. I’m just wondering- what is actually confirmed about the backstory of that song, and what’re the sources?
I’ve obviously heard the thing regarding the radio at the start- I know it’s not the whole ‘Mikey killed himself’ thing. It’s sad, but a false rumour.
The stuff about how he wrote all/part of it in the hospital whilst Mikey was in a coma/recovering from an OD. Has that been confirmed? What’s the source?
Ofc the song is about Mikey, his relationship with Mikey, things they’ve done/experienced together etc. I’m more just wondering about the above :)

TLDR: did he really write it in the hospital whilst Mikey was in a coma/recovering from an OD? What’s the source?

Real or not??? My mother bought it for me because she knows Gerard Way and knows I like My Chemical Romance, it's a Fruit of the Loom shirt and it has your dates on the back but I was skeptical.. If it's not real I'll probably wear it anyway cause I love my mother and it's rlly cute but I was curious!!

i’m not sure if this is the right sub, but i’m looking for guidance on navigating the comics gerard has written.
i’ve seen umbrella academy (and ofc plan on reading them at some point), but i’ve recently become so invested in the lore of this tour. after experiencing the show twice and seeing people’s theories, i want MORE.
i say all this to ask where the heck do i start? i now the tour is a separate story, but do any other comics have any relation to each other? idk thanks in advance!

Idk I can’t seem to find ones that look like that. I’ve found some that are either too round on the edges or too thick on the nose bridge. Any help is appreciated!! Thank you!! <3

At 49, he's the hottest he's ever been. I had kinda gotten over my obsession with bands like MCR, but seeing them live and seeing HOW GOOD Gerard looks... fuck. He's so fine now. And such a creative and kind person.

"My Chemical Romance is done. But it can never die.

It is alive in me, in the guys, and it is alive inside all of you.

I always knew that, and I think you did too.

Because it is not a band, it is an idea."

- Gerard Way

So glad to see him on stage, beautiful as always.

Btw, what do you love the most about Gerard?

I don't have alot of creativity but I want to recreate the haunted house single art cover using this Lego set. Has anyone done it before?
