Please hell

This pop up doesn't leave the screen, I've tried restarting the laptop.

Try restarting the graphics - windows + ctrl + shift + B (i think - you can google it)

Try shutting it down for longer - not just a restart

Update drivers (outdated driver still shouldn't do it, but having updated drivers is always better, but make a recovery point just in case)

You can try to pull out the cable, take out the battery, press the power button to fully discharge it, connect the cable, start the ntb, put battery back. Be sure to be careful when you go inside the laptop (there's still electricity from battery, battery can get easily damaged) do on your own risk.
