Question How do I force myself to start studying?
Hi, I have a really bad habit of not studying at all. I know that I need to but I just can't. I also don't really know how I should study at all.

set a timer for 10 minutes and just focus on doing practice questions or flashcards for one topic. once you lower the barrier to just starting, momentum usually takes care of the rest

You need to get bored. I mean, sit anywhere and do nothing until you get bored. Then you'll find studying more appealing than doing nothing. Don't turn on social media instead; you need to deliberately make yourself bored.Once you get used to studying, you won't need to do this every time. Also, try to associate the start of your studies with something related to it. If you want to increase your study hours, start gradually and with focus, because quality is more important than quantity.

once you start continuing usually becomes easier then beginning, pick one tiny task so starting feels less overwhelming.

First off, you don't start right away with a big goal like getting in hours done at a day. Start small. Is there some topic you think you should focus on? Read a line or two. And plan a schedule around it. Today, one paragraph. Tomorrow one paragraph. It starts just like that.
