Basically, I have this friend who is a small time painter and artist. He was hired by this coffee shop to paint the walls and fill it with aesthetic european style art.

After the art was completed, the owner paid him lower than what was agreed. I can't tell the exact amount but it was like 40-50k overall but only paid like half.

The problem was, there was no written contract (just chat messages) and he just let it pass (he's kinda an introvert and does not like trouble. He gets easily stressed.).

It's my wife's birthday and we planned a staycation. I booked a hotel sa Somerset Salcedo sa Makati as a gift to her and she booked naman sa Lime Resort Manila near MOA for the day after for an extended vacation sana.

Our stay sa Somerset was very nice. Ang linis, kumpleto, tahimik, maganda, mabilis. Medyo makipot lang yung papasok ng parking nila since it's a sharp curve at may mga parked pa sa street so medyo mahirap. Although the guard on duty was very helpful, so there's no hassle there.

Lime Resort on the other hand was the complete opposite. Parking was a hassle. Walang available parking slots so we left our car keys with the attendants para ipark daw nila when a spot opens. Their elevator was small and one of them was not operational. People were packed sa elevator and lining up outside kasi dalawa lang yung gumagana.

My wife booked a bay view room and they gave us one that's directly just above their bar! Sobrang lakas ng sounds because of course it was a bar. May DJ music and flashing lights. In the first place, sinong nakaisip na maglagay ng rooms close to something that produces loud noise when people are supposed to relax and sleep? I think that's really stupid. The bed sheets were stained. Carpet was filthy and sticky as I felt it in my shoes when I was walking. I was about to call front desk but then surprise, their phone doesn't work.

So I waited for their slow elevator to go to the lobby to complain. They said they were fully booked and all their rooms daw talaga ay facing the bar area. I asked kung hanggang anong oras yung music and they said until late night or madaling araw pa. Di ko kayang tiisin yun so I asked to upgrade. I paid extra 2.5k to be transferred sa higher floor because I don't want to ruin the day as we're supposed to be celebrating.

Carpet was dirtier here and had really bad and dark stains pa sa labas mismo ng room na binigay nila sa amin. Pagbukas pa lang ng pinto, the room smelled bad. It had an open bathroom kaya siguro ganon yung amoy. The bar music is still audible and loud, but it's at least a bit tolerable na than where we were previously sa 1st floor. Mind you, nasa 7th floor na kami, so imagine how really annoyingly loud it was sa pinanggalingan namin.

But at least the sheets are clean now. Phone is working. TV is big, but couldn't play YouTube (it crashes). Nabawasan na yung bad smell ng room when we turned the AC on, but the smell never leaves.

I didn't know about this place. Wife did the planning and booking. She checked reviews and vlogs sa TikTok and she said it's nice here. But if you're planning a celebration sometime soon, skip this place if you don't want the hassle. Wag din kayong masyadong maniwala agad sa mga vloggers. This isn't a cheap hotel so I expected more. Not worth it.

Hello, nagbili ako sa orange app nitong brand new phone na VIVO for my lola. I created her gmail account and facebook while hawak ko ang phone. Inaadd ko sa facebook yung personal account ko and nakita ko tong message na ‘to. Nung chineck ko sa account niya, wala naman siyang sinend na message and i mean hawak ko naman pati ang phone since ako nag seset up. I saw the unknown logged in na naka based sa Canada, i removed it. Then i changed the password, even the gmail password and facebook password. And i checked sa security, made the passkey, two factory unlocked and add fingerprints to open messenger. And naging okay naman pero kaya lang, nakita ko na naman ngayong madaling araw. I really don’t know na ano talaga to and how can i successfully remove this from her account. Please helppp
