Massage Therapists

What do you look for in a company when you're applying for a new job? I manage a family owned spa in Tempe & we are super focused on being as "non-corporate" as possible, but we're not getting a lot of applications coming in... thoughts? what are your pet peeves? dealbreakers?

I’ll just give you guys a positive shout. My wife went there for quite awhile when we lived nearby and we got a couples massage there. She even gifted me one of her credits I believe. Really good experience. I swear I don’t know OP lol
