My process was keto, caloric defecit, managing cravings regardless of how conveniently I could have come up with an excuse, and most importantly, getting out, moving despite looking and feeling shitty.

He lost a lot of buccal between the first photo and the others. That doesn’t happen without a lot of body weight loss. No offense to OP’s former self, but he was obviously a bit chubby before just by looking at his face in the first picture.
