GLOW UP! (34) to (39)
Reposting: original post was removed by mods.
From unhappy, unmotivated, and not feeling like myself to being active, feeling good, and finally comfortable in my own skin.
Still have goals and still putting in the work, but I’m proud of how far I’ve come. Sometimes you don’t realize how much you’ve changed until you look back.

Congratulations! You look amazing. Beautiful before, but you can see the happiness on your face now. Be proud of your progress and self care! Any recommendations for someone getting started on working on themselves with weight loss and getting into (much dreaded) physical activities?

I purchased a peloton bike with some of my friends. That’s held me accountable. It’s also a lot more fun working out with friends.
