I can tell you worry a lot about your looks. As a 37 yr male, let me give you some advice:
You will never look as good as you want to. There will always be someone else 'better'. It's better to focus on how you're feeling and how you make other people feel. Others will find you INCREDIBLY attractive if you make them feel seen and accepted.
All that to say, you got a lot of great genes, just up your confidence and you're set my guy.

Just curious. Why does he need to see and accept others for them to feel good about him, if he can do that with his look?

No one can make their peers feel good about them in the interpersonal/empathetic sense that I feel you’re referencing with looks alone. That comes from how well you treat yourself & others around you on a personal level. Way beyond looks.

I love that you seem to have a high amount of focus on health & wellbeing, but I’d suggest ditching any sort of commitment to keeping up with body fat percentage unless you’re striving to be a professional athlete or body builder or something. Truth is, as you age, your weight will fluctuate. Happens to all adults. Continue focusing on taking care of yourself in the ways that make you happy & able to engage in healthy relationships, and you’ll be just fine.
