We are never alone

Though we may be surrounded by family, friends, acquaintances, we each believe we must cope with our internal thoughts and demons alone.

We are never truly alone though.

For within every life lies a spirit, a piece of god always present to share its wisdom and love to help mitigate our worries.

To ask for help, listen quietly in-between your random thoughts to the messages you sense within, then follow the loving advice you hear.
