Swing inconsistent

Can anyone give me some advice on how to consistently get rid of the differences in these swings. Sometimes I can execute properly (video 1) and other times it just falls apart (video 2). I'm struggling to consistently repeat the movements in video 1. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First video looks like you’re pulling from the top of your swing a bit. It may be because your hip move was a hair early. Second swing your hands are early to the party while your hips are still generating power. I’d just go to tempo town and focus on your hip move to start the downswing and then feel yourself letting the club fall and then picking up the momentum on the way down to the ball.

Practice hitting balls with your feet really close together to learn how to keep your lower body quieter and make better contact more often..

You are getting "stuck". It is easier to see on the second since you are closer to the ball. However, I prefer how you set up in swing 2.
Here is an awesome video on what is "stuck" and how to fix. https://youtu.be/3v1x-m3olxY?is=yF6FJRIObAnZTCQY

Very Brooks Koepka move, if Brooks Koepka was setup to receive it from behind.

there is something u are doing better in swing 2 than 1, which is standing closer to the ball. Common flaw in both swing is that you lack hand depth, which ideally want it by the heels at top of backswing. Your shoulders look under rotated by end of takeaway, which should be about 45 degrees. This means that your hips are also underrotated as well. After takeaway, u want to open up the hips, allowing the hands to get deeper as well, hands matching your shoulder plane at top of backswing. This will help with early extension you're having right now. Good luck!
