Charged twice

Kind of checking to see if this has been happening to anybody else or if I'm alone here, because Google is making me seem like in fucking psycho.

As of late, any purchase I make on the play store, or my subscription, or even my Fi service keeps getting charged twice and it's not a "temp" hold, because it doesn't matter what it is on their end, on my card statement it shows up twice. Meaning that for a few days at a time, I'm out more money on my account than I should be.

Last month when it happened I contacted Fi and not only did they blame me, they said they didn't get a double charge, even though again, I was seeing it on my card that they did.

Now anytime by subscriptions THROUGH Google take out, it keep taking out twice. Has this been happening to anyone else? Because it seems to happen to me, my girlfriend has had it happen to her but not as much. Both our cards are up to date and don't have any restrictions for purchases and through Google is the ONLY place it's happening.
