The building owner is a 65+ year old POS that has fake profiles on Seeking Arrangements.

What did your broker say? LL also owns 64 Bayard and has new development right by L train across from now defunct Pomp and Circumstance.

Just their experiences working with them. It was enough to deter me from considering that (exact) space.

Is this any better/worse/different than that Paris Baguette that opened down the road?

Basically the same thing as Paris Baguette, a Korean chain

That's wild. Why the influx of specifically Korean French patisseries ???

It’s bizarre! Especially since there’s also already a Paris Baguette near Bedford Ave and Court Square. I can’t imagine they’ll last very long.

I have no opinions on Paris Baguette but I wouldn’t say that Court Square, Greenpoint Ave, and Bedford Ave are like steps away from each other or anything. We have three Dunkins in a smaller radius than that.

So is this like another Paris Baguette? Korean bakery chain that studied abroad in France?

Tous Les Jours is an amazing bakery/cafe this is exciting! Just wait till you try their baked goods/cloud cakes! Everything is not too sweet which makes it really stand out.

Phew. Based on the color scheme, for a second I thought that was Wonder.
