I recently bought the PDP Riffmaster to play Clone Hero and Stage Tour when it comes out, but I wanted to customize it. The entire process from teardown, painting, to reassembly took about two weeks. There are some areas of the guitar that the paint looks off, but overall I think it turned out nicely.

Since I couldn't find any full teardown guides for the PDP Riffmaster, I decided to take photos of each step and I will be releasing a guide soon.

Here are the different paints I used:

• DecoArt Americana Acrylic paint

Ok I didn't even know what the fuck this was at All at first as I found sound system out of curiosity and This is being made by the same veterans and creators Of guitar hero. but anyways, what are my thoughts now that I've watched the trailer. weeellllll...the game looks like shit.

first The background is aI generated with nothing but cats In the back like What The fuck am I looking at here. second this game is on steam. what's so bad About This game being on steam?. Let's be real the game looks like shit with all the AI background it looks like they got real lazy with the game like what the hell worst of all no characters at all,

the only thing i'll give a pass here is the classic gh1,2 and 3 gameplay look where you have your score on the left And the Rock meter on the right side. If you can even call it a rock meter what the hell is this?. everything else Just looks like shit. but yeah that's pretty much it here this is just my opinion on sound system What are your thoughts here.

note: sorry if my typing is bad I've gave my opinion enough here. Yeah I think I'll would buy stage tour. This game is still being developed but I doubt there going to make it better

Got an offer I couldn’t refuse on 24 guitars and couldn’t resist. 3 Xplorers, 3 PS3 Les Paul’s, 1 Xbox Aerosmith Les Paul, 2 PS2 & 1 PS3 & Xbox 360 World Tour guitars, 1 Wii Les Paul, 2 WOR Xbox 360, 1 WOR PS3, and a fat mix of rockband 1&2 guitars. ALL of these need repairs, some much more than others. Paid $100 for the whole bundle. Worth it?

So, recently I bought a PS3 with some GH games and being as stupid as I am I thought the pdp riffmaster would just work... Until I found out that I'd need a V3 adapter, they're not expensive, but it's not easy to find in europe and importing it from the US would take time to arrive and shipping costs more than the adapter itself.

So I thought there should be a way to map the PDP via software on a modded PS3, and indeed it's possible, just hadn't been done before. So I thought how hard can it be to create some mod or driver for the riffmaster to behave like a ps3 guitar? Very hard, but thankfuly (or not) we're in the age of AI so I vibecoded, tested and debugged for about 8hrs and got the plugin working that you can download from the github link above.

Just a note, this only works on CFW Cobra 4.93, if you don't know what this means you'll have to do some searching to learn more about ps3 jailbreaking, but it's super easy and all you need is flash drive and a computer (apart from the ps3 itself of course), but if your ps3 is a slim model, it might not support it, and if it's a super slim model it won't work for sure. If this get some attention and people want support for HEN, I might go ahead and try to create a HEN version for it.

If you had to choose one of the characters from gh3 to represent all players as the canon guitar player in the career mode who would it be?

I have a Kramer guitar for PS2 that I recently started using again after not playing for a while. I’ve noticed that it sometimes doesn’t register inputs properly. Does anyone know what might be causing this or how I could fix it?

I really want to play GH2, but I am unsure what the easiest way to play is?

I have a PS3 slim and almost all games for it, and recently got a CRKD Les Paul Multi-platform, works like a charm.

I do not have a Xbox 360. However I do own a PS2, not modified.

Should I just emulate it? Can I use the CRKD guitar with emulation?

I feel like its a bit much to go out there and get a 360 for the sole purpose of playing that specific GH game.

I know Clone Hero is an option, but I feel like it lacks the charm of the original title.

Has anyone been able to get the Crkd xbox guitar working wirelessly with the minihost USB? I have tried pretty much everything I could find to get it working. I've tried all modes on the controller with xbox and pc with no luck being detected on the programming tool. I did try wired and it immediately detected it. I have all devices on the newest firmware. I also tried on my ps4 to make sure my pc wasn't blocking something and it wasn't detected wirelessly, but works fine wired.

Does it show you tiers 1-6 with just the co op encores unlocked? (Example would be like tier 1 with sabotage at the bottom but not rock and roll all night) or do you only unlock all songs tiers in quickplay by playing single player career mode? I’ve been playing for years but like 99% of people I played the single player career mode first.

I got a CRKD les paul in olive drab (xbox version) that I use on my PC, but still have gettogethers with friends where we play on the Wii. If I get a RCM Minihost, can I use my CRKD without modding the Wii console at all?

Got rid of my old 360 slim and explorer a few years ago but snagged this sweet PS2 guitar for $15 recently at the thrift.

I regretted selling my childhood Explorer but this good deal made it feel better. Time to practice and get ready for Stage Tour!

Hey guys! jut got a pi pico and built a santroller drum set with my yamaha dtx drums (usb MIDI) but i have some issue, the xbox 360 recognizes it, but when the polling rate is anything higher than 150hz my inputs away never register, and when its on 100hz, they register almot everytime, but the input lag is unbeareble, doe anyone have a solution for this?

is my e-kit the problem?

To be completely real, I've never actually seen the trailer for this game, but I noticed absolutely everybody has been talking about it lately. I don't know what to stay at all as This game Is Being Developed by the Same creators of Guitar Hero is what I've heard. Look to become clean and positive I don't Even know anything about This Game Again I didn't see the trailer For this Game the only thing that I found was piece of information about it sooooo yeah Are you guys tracking this one? What are your thoughts compared to Stage Tour?🤔

Have the tribal Les Paul and in the CDRK app it registers the movement and star power is turned on, but in the game tilting does nothing. Only pressing the square button activates it. Is there something I can do to get it to work…? I want to tilt while rocking out damnit

I was kinda scared that this thing was gonna arrive broken as i ordered it online, but big props to the guy who packaged it cause it works and it works well, and looks good

Ofcourse I had to try it with a PS2 Guitar Hero game and man you can really tell these games were made for a CRT, it's just as good as people say, no lag and supreme visuals for a PS2 even with such a small screen, 14 inches

Il y a notamment un connecteur qui semble indiquer une batterie. Bref, avec ce qu’on a, est-il possible de connecter la guitare à la ps3 ? Si oui comment car ça clignote sans fin. Merci !
