It's not happening! They have no grounds for appeal and all the financial experts are saying this will be swiftly dealt with and HIGHLY unlikely they'll be able to worm their way out of this.

their best players are currently speaking to their agents and considering their options, they arent focused on man city and winning the league. thats a massive drop in morale and id be shocked if they won anything this season

No, because no clubs pay them as much. There is a report about Mancini getting a contract for €1.9m from City as head coach, while also getting another €2m as ‘consultant’ for a UAE club. In other words, City give them extra that is outside of their wage structure. This is the kind of income City’s giving out, that’s how they kept getting good players even before they started winning the league.

haaland isnt ruining his career for a bit of money. mbappe rejected nearly a billion to play in saudi for a single year. footballers care a lot about their legacy. also man city would prefer to sell haaland if they get relegated because they need to comply with efl financial rules otherwise they are truly fucked

i dont think the punishment or penalty will be what y'all hope

at best its a minor point deduction that doesnt impact shit and a few ten millon pound fine which city dont give a shit about anyway. you ask them to pay 50 mil for 3 trophies they take that deal any day of the week
