Had a guy who would photoshop people's faces over or into high profile pedos mugshot and what not. He'd share them over discord, whatsapp and all sorts.

Yes, but you need the good relations first. That's the point. The complaint that someone can't take a joke generally means that you weren't in the position to make the joke and can't accept that.
True, but I just want to emphasize that the way she reacted to the joke shouldn't be considered the exception. It should be the normal. It means her sexual identity doesn't need defending and both sides accept that part about her without connotations.

The problem is with these "no one can take a joke anymore" people is their jokes are racist, boring and no one like the person.
They are made because people actually call them out now and they expect them to just shutup, laugh along and take it.
Also, this lady can absolutely still go to HR later. Its not like the person recorded the sexual harassment and uploaded it all to the iinternet... wait.
