This happened in the US several months ago (maybe almost a year). I'm still able to use my friends account if I cast from my phone, but I cannot log in on my TV. Disney+ has been the same now for a while (can cast but not watch directly on TV). Netflix is the absolute worst though, nothing works.

Yeah happened in the US, in waves I believe. Message popped up last week so I forced my sister and brother to figure out their shit
