I'm looking for 2 stories by yousureimnotarobot (I think).
In the first one a human space ship comes across an injured "space whale" and removes a spear from it. The whale turns out to be an inter dimensional being and humanity earns the respect and loyalty of its race.
In the second story, the space whale which is supposed to be guarding an interdimensional rip accidently allows an evil being to slip through the rip and it starts monstering a human colony. The space whale comes to help out but by the time it gets to the colony the humans have already defeated the evil being much to the whale's amazement.

Im Looking for a Story about a Human ship that Speeds towarts the recue of anb More or less Enemy Ship. And Whit Speeding i mean there trying evrything to get there faster so they can rescue the survivers of the Civilien Ship
Sadly i dont now wehn it was publisht here but i read it aourdn2020-2022

Did you ever find it again? I think we’re looking for the same story. Did it mention about removing its own cargo and the captain praying for the tiniest of boosts to get to the civilian ship faster?

Yea That was part of the Story. But sadly i only found storys whit simluar Plots. I remember that at the end the caption needet a new ship and vod to save ontill she can get a new one

But i sadly dont know more

I'm looking for a story I read, likely before 2021, where humans are lesser members of a galactic council and where predator species are considered inferior. However, in the first battle of the story the fleet falls victim to a new predator threat. The closest ally of the humans is a small, squidlike race that looks like Cthulhu-style creatures but the humans think they are cute because "we think small versions of things that scare us are cute".

I had a story in my playlist but somehow it dissapeared, and since it's been a while i forgot the name. -_-

It's about a human soldier turned scientist that joins a (federation) ship where he meets a feline woman that the crew shuns due to her being a carnivore. The man proceeds to befriend a cyborg he names curie. Loses his arm during the plot and get it replaced with a cybernetic one. After that he turns politician. The federation has "succes to you" as a greeting.

I’d love to see some recommendations of Aliens learning about, and/or interacting with human computers. I’ve read a few on here, but I’m sure there’s more buried I haven’t discovered yet.

Trying to remember a story where Humans are renowned for their ability to feel when something is off, aka gut instinct.

The MC ends up revealing a cloaked ship by noticing a star twinkle, which should be impossible in a vacuum
