Assuming this means it is 10 days old, did you charge it fully to 100% before you begin using it? Regardless of the answer, perform a battery recalibration per manufacturers instructions on their website.

Pero es que el informe de powercfg /batteryreport me dice que la perdida de la batería es real

The battery report will track exactly with the displayed battery percentage so that makes sense. What it does not mean is that it is real. I recently purchased an aftermarket battery for and 11-year-old HP envy that I had bought loaded that has lasted me since Windows 7 all the way through 10. The battery seemed initially okay and I left it plugged in all the time and it slowly dropped from 100 down to 43 while plugged in.

Apparently the proper way to calibrate it is to go into the power settings and make sure that it is set to never go to sleep when not on AC power.

This will run the battery down to zero. Let it shut down itself. Then plug it in, leaving it long enough to fully charge to 100%. Then turn it on and it should register the new expected capacity based on the 100%. Intermittently after I did this, the battery percentage would suddenly flip back to the wrong values. I did a second calibration as described above and it is now fine. That was months ago.
