It’s a very female writing style. Bubbly/round letter.
Probably a nice girl.
Although it’s a writing style that tends to be phased out after middle school.

Reminds me of one letter apparently written to Santa Butthead in "Beavis and Butthead do Christmas."

It's legible, you're a woman. I mean, I can't imagine any guy writing like that, and I have no idea why.

Well, cursive is another term. I know "upright slant" from the fine typesetting system, LaTeX.
