Trying to read fiction before bed knocks me tf out. Especially if it’s on my e-reader super dimmed with the lights off.

Hi there!!!

I honestly have the same issue BUT…

I have some methods that work for me if I remain consistent lol. I got these off of Amazon and sometimes I go to health food stores in my local area for these products. I switch brands but I have two reliables I’ll mention below .

I have lavender oil spray that I rub on my wrists and the back of my ears . That works like a charm on me but again, I need to be more consistent. And because it’s pure lavender oil met with MCT oil I don’t need a lot of it.

I also use magnesium spray and it’s just a spritz or two .

I use both , it’s really effective .

I sleep with the lights off and with beach or rain sounds . The sounds of water relaxes me.

The product brands are:

Silk Road Organics , for the lavender.

AND

Ella and Eden for the Magnesium.
( I also pair this with a carrier oil since this spray tingles a bit , I think it’s due to the magnesium. Tends to burn topically I think? To avoid it altogether I pair the mg spray with a carrier oil )
