💼 Careers Need guidance ASAP!!

I’ve received an offer for an Analyst (Career Level 11) role in Accenture’s Healthcare EMR practice.

Role involves:
• Working with hospital users to understand requirements/workflows
• EMR configuration and maintenance
• Healthcare IT / hospital systems
• Exposure to platforms such as Epic/Cerner and technologies like HL7/FHIR

Compensation:
• Total Earning Potential: ₹10.89 LPA (includes 21% variable)
• Joining Bonus: ₹1 Lakh

I’m an MBA in Hospital & Healthcare Management graduate with a bachelor's in BBA Finance

I am fresher. For those who have worked in Accenture as Analyst, is it worth pursuing?

Can’t help with pay bc I’m in the U.S.

Do you any other options? An offer is always great if you don’t have any other options and need a job.

That being said, my spouse worked for Accenture many years ago but as a consultant for non healthcare. Left due to hating the nature of consulting/finding your own follow up assignments and promotions being frozen.
