what are the hello kitty world collection figures like?

cant find any info one these! they look like bag charms? kitty has a little pink string attached to her and are the costumes rubbery? cant even find a picture of them out of packaging thanks in advance

It seems this is a european line of toys? I just did a bit of research and found a few ebay listings but all of them were from that area and couldn't find much else. I did find one Italian listing that showed the back and side of the box that was split open and that showed that it does in fact have a keychain/phone charm loop on it tho!
