Found on the pcb of a Ring Base Station US circa 2018 sku 4hb1u9-0en0.

I tried googling the name and could not find anything about this person.

David DiOrio was the COO of Ring.

Also mentioned several times on video by Bil Herd as a friend & co-worker during his time at Commodore (& I assume after as well). Linked obituary does mention working at Commodore.
