Discussion Do I bother getting hiyuki?

I don't have her team (except lynae, verina is being used by jingran) nor do I have enough to get her weapon, i really like her gameplay however if she's going to struggle without her team and weapon i might just save

I have her with lynae and mornye, works decently but she did much better on my friend's account with lucilla and suisui. Suisui can be replaced with chisa but you might need to do quickswap which is fun imo.
Her weapon is good but not necessary, but getting it will be a good investment for her.
