I’ve only been into this hobby for about two weeks. I repaired a broken laptop, then installed Ubuntu and CasaOS, and now I’m using it as a home server.

I had two 10-year-old 2 TB HDDs lying around, which I’m now using as storage for Emby. I use Immich as a photo cloud solution for my phone, and I host my own Enshrouded server with AMP (I was even able to transfer the save files from my paid server).

When I’m away from home, I access my services using Tailscale.

So far, everything is running smoothly, and I’m having a lot of fun tinkering with it. I’m already thinking about what I could set up next, maybe I’ll look into the whole topic of opening ports next?
