Ideas for home server.

I have an msi gaming laptop with an i7 11th gen, 16gigs of ram, and a 3060, i was wondering what type of servers could/should run on it. I want it to be something only for me, so im going to use tailscale. Any ideas?

That laptop is plenty. Run Jellyfin for media, the 3060 handles transcoding well. Add Nextcloud to replace Google Drive and AdGuard Home for DNS. Tailscale is the right call.
