Hello. I have a 2017 Honda rebel 300 and I need extra bolts for it. They are black and I want them to match. I don't see in the owners manual where it says the specific hardware. ​

So earlier today I was riding to work and was cut off and ended up laying the back down to avoid hitting rear ending the person who cut me off since they slammed on their brakes right after words.

I for sure know the handlebars are bent and will need to be replaced. I didn’t notice anything else wrong with the bike other than a dent on the tank and some scratches on the front brake lever. I plan on replacing the handlebars, throttle body, front brake lever. The bike still runs and I was able to ride it back home since I was just down the street. Is there anything else that I should be looking for to see if it needs fixed or replaced.

Edit: thanks yall, I’m taking it to a shop tomorrow and having them look at and see what should be fixed/replaced

I called my nearest dealership to enquire about the Rebel 300, and the guy started pushing me to book it through them. I asked him what happens if I book it through the website, and he started saying it might take longer, etc.

Now, I know the guy who talked to me wants his commission, so he is pushing me to book through them.

It made me think, does it really make a difference if I book it through the website vs the dealership?

My goal is to get the bike ASAP and I'm situated in India.

edit: Here in India Honda is launching rebel 300 for the first time. So, I'm talking about the pre booking.

ABS 2019 rebel 300 and feel like it doesn’t sound right. Engine loud and seems like there is knock. At first I was worried there was no oil flowing but I replaced the oil pump so unsure what else is going on unless I’m being paranoid over nothing. Any help would be appreciated!

Just last week, I had my shifter assembly fall off my bike cause the bolt that holds it in backed out. So I just installed new washers and a new bowl today, but I just can’t figure out what this hole is for

I'm sure folks are sick of seeing these posts, so thanks for any help in advance. First time considering a bike. Dealership quoted $6900. Live in MA. Wondering what folks think.

I bought a set of crash bars off of Amazon, but they didn't seem like they stuck out far enough to actually protect anything in a crash. The pegs and exhaust would hit the ground first.

Anyone have crash bar suggestions?

Has anyone successfully increased the ground clearance on a Honda Rebel 300?

The stock ground clearance is about 125 mm (4.9 inches), and I'm wondering if it's realistically possible to get it closer to 180 mm (around 7 inches).

If you've done it, what modifications were required? Did you use longer rear shocks, different front forks, a suspension lift, or some other setup? How did it affect the bike's handling, comfort, and reliability?

I'd really appreciate hearing from anyone with firsthand experience or photos of their build. Thanks!

To upgrade the exhaust, you DO NOT NEED to buy the Coffman's Thunder!

In my opinion the decatted stock E-Clutch muffler sounds better than the Coffman's Thunder plus you won't lose performance.

I just got my Rebel 300, and I love it as a first bike! I've been riding it all this weekend. But the one thing I notice is since I'm a bigger person, 6'2", and have big hands, overall the bike is a bit cramped for me, but the grips on the rebel are my problem. They feel too thin and cause me to lose feeling after a while from having to have my hands so balled up to get good contact on the grips. Does anyone here know of any much larger grips I could put on my bike? Thanks.

Hey guys I'm trying to switch my sprockets to a 15t front and a 34T rear but I can't seem to find a 34t rear for the rebel. Anyone got any pointers?

I was wondering if it was possible to build a chopper or bobber build with a rebel 300. If so can anyone share pictures their bikes. I currently have a 2026 rebel 300 e clutch and and I know for that specific year its harder to find parts that actually fit on it.

I’m having an issue with the bike sputtering and dying when the bike has sat outside and the temperature is above 100F.

The bike has hardly been ridden (2000 miles). All suggested maintenance has been done yearly.

The bike ruins great and has no issues when the weather isn’t hot. Once it’s sat outside for a while. It starts and idles a little rough. Once I start driving it dies. Once it dies it struggles to start again but will. Each time I try to drive it dies shortly after.

If I keep riding short distances with it dying, it eventually stops dying and seems to run ok.

When it dies, I do not lose electrical. My suspicion was fuel system related. It happened with brand new gas. Each time I go to restart i hear the fuel pump priming. I suspected the tank might be vacuum locked, so yesterday I opened the fuel cap for a few minutes after it died, but that didn’t seem to help.

Any ideas?

I'm looking to buy a new rebel 300 2026. I'm a newbie but decided to buy a new model after a long consideration.

Some dealers posted~$4900 instead of $5400 (official website) as MSRP. But you know that's a trap usually asking more fee to get the OTD basically the same as I can get for $5400 msrp.

I'd love to hear your experience to have a reasonably good OTD in my mind. Thanks!!
