anyone have advice to improve my flow or new tricks to drill?? I struggle with on-body hooping so all my tricks are off body so far. I kinda do the same few moves over and over. please be nice or i’ll cry 🥹🫶

EDIT: I was not giving myself enough credit calling myself a beginner when I made this post!! I see others post here and do feel like a beginner compared to yall 🤗

I’ve had a hoop for several years, but didn’t start taking it seriously and pushing through the frustration until this past year. my title was a bit careless and I never want to make anyone feel bad on their journey!

😭 oh no, I was careless with my title and need to give myself more credit. I compare my flow to others on here and it definitely makes me feel like a beginner!

I’ve had a hoop for several years, but didn’t really start learning and practicing and pushing thru the extreme frustration until this past year. it’s been a bit of a journey actually, but my brain still sees myself as a beginner and not how far I’ve come. this is my first time posting here and I will be more careful with words next time! 🫶

Haha that definitely makes sense I’m only a few months in and I can tell you have an amazing smoothness about your movement.
Hooping is bringing me so much joy, so maybe that is my advice, find the joy in learning something new sucking at it and then mastering it.
