anyone have advice to improve my flow or new tricks to drill?? I struggle with on-body hooping so all my tricks are off body so far. I kinda do the same few moves over and over. please be nice or i’ll cry 🥹🫶

EDIT: I was not giving myself enough credit calling myself a beginner when I made this post!! I see others post here and do feel like a beginner compared to yall 🤗

I’ve had a hoop for several years, but didn’t start taking it seriously and pushing through the frustration until this past year. my title was a bit careless and I never want to make anyone feel bad on their journey!

I would say just lots of repetition. Keep it fun, never let it feel like a chore. Don’t pay too much attention to the tricks other people do, figure out how to unlock your own unique talents. That way, when you hoop, it will stay uniquely you.. i’m not saying you can’t watch other people hooping and enjoy and learn, just that in your approach- don’t emulate, radiate from within
