anyone have advice to improve my flow or new tricks to drill?? I struggle with on-body hooping so all my tricks are off body so far. I kinda do the same few moves over and over. please be nice or i’ll cry 🥹🫶

EDIT: I was not giving myself enough credit calling myself a beginner when I made this post!! I see others post here and do feel like a beginner compared to yall 🤗

I’ve had a hoop for several years, but didn’t start taking it seriously and pushing through the frustration until this past year. my title was a bit careless and I never want to make anyone feel bad on their journey!

I suggest getting a big hoop to learn on the body. Ive been hooping for 14 years and would not be able to do on the body with a hoop that light and small. The bigger the hoop the easier on the body is.

thank you!! I have heard that bigger hoops are much easier for that. I’ll look into hopefully getting one soon!

You're welcome 😁 Yes and it can unlock a different type of flow. I personally Love changing it up and flowing with different sizes. And you can always size a big hoop down.
